Tiny Hands Turkey shirt

I have been wanting to make Mad a turkey shirt for awhile now and I have seen some really cute designs but then I ran across the Tiny Hands Turkey Applique over at Treasures for Tots and I loved that idea!  How simple!  I do this with construction paper with her so why not do it on a shirt?  I have been stocking up on t-shirts from our grocery store.  This weekend they had them 2/$1 so I had to get a few more.  Some of them have a little hole in it or a small stain but that can easily be covered up! 
Here is our cute little Turkey hand shirt.

After using the heat and bond to put everything on I decided to stitch around it to help keep it from coming off.  I just did a normal stitch and this way when I was it and dry it and it frays some it will have that ‘feathery’ look.  lol  Good thing that’s the style now!

    Glory- I know, I was thinking about doing one for me lol Just might do one like I will be posting about tomorrow though. That one really came out cute!

    Kim- Thanks! I just used what I had on hand, hubby asked, "What's up with the legs?" lol OH well, it's cute!
