Market Bag

My mom wanted me to crochet her a cute little market bag from Lion Brand. (here’s the link.  If it doesn’t work, just search for Market Bag)  She is either going to use if for groceries or for her knitting.  We decided to go with 2 different colors, and I had some left over yarn from another project.  I went with a size bigger hook since I was using 2 strands and of course that made it bigger.  It is a monster bag!!!  Took almost 6 skeins of yarn, I only had 4 and then had to find some other colors to match and used about half of each of those.

This bag could almost hold 3 gallons of milk but it would be a beast to carry!  Here’s how it turned out.

Hoping she will love it!  She has seen the pics and says that she does.  Love my momma!!
