"But by the grace of God I am what I am! 1 Corin. 15:10"

Pin It This has been a very long week.  Little Cash ran into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday.  His body was tired and his fight is over. His body is now perfect and he is free from pain. Cash was able to spend his last moments in the arms of his mom and dad, kissing and holding him.  It is so hard to even imagine what they went through and are going through.  No one should have to plan their child's funeral.  It helps that they know now that he is running and playing in Heaven with all the other children, seeing his great grandparents and in no more pain.  It helps but doesn't make the hurt go totally away.  Stacie posted this on her FB:
1 Samuel 1:27-28 (New Living Translation)27 I asked the Lord to give me this boy, and he has granted my request. 28 Now I am giving him to the Lord, and he will belong to the Lord his whole life.” And they[a] worshiped the Lord there.
This shows how strong they are.  Stacie and Jason have been so strong and have helped the rest of us through this too.  How sad is it that the parents have to be the strong ones to help the others deal with it? Knowing how strong they are and understanding that things are not always in our control, God is the only one in control.  As Stacie also said, God answered their prayer for complete healing.  For now he is truely healed.  He was a handsome little man that loved his family, loved to laugh and loved his cheetos!  lol  He was such a fighter!  Cash has touched many people and has made a lot of people's faith a little stronger.  I know that because of everything they were going through and seeing how strong Stacie and Jason were in their faith, it got me back into church.  My husband is also now going to church.  Cash helped bring us back to God too.  He will truely be missed.
