Yesterday we had a bunch of tornados here in Oklahoma. It just missed our house but not by very much, maybe a mile. My brother, wife and in-laws were at Canton lake and they had a big tornado go through there. They hid in the bathrooms and praise the Lord they made it without injury!!
The tornado that was heading for my brother and sister-in-law and her family…
This is where they hid.
They made it out alright but unfortunately they lost all of their vehicles and campers. That stuff can be replace but family can’t! I know it is a hassle dealing with insurance so I will be praying for them and all the others that are dealing with loss much greater than this.. homes and some even lost family members
here’s the rest of the damage from the lake… there is much though..these were all taken from by brother’s phone
not sure who’s camper this one was
my brothers motorcycle
Not sure if this is their camper or the in-laws…
Here’s a link to one of our TV stations site KFOR
there are a lot more pictures and some videos of it.

Unbelievable! As I was praising God for keeping us, and our home, safe last night I was reminded to pray blessings for all of those who have lost so much!
I've lived in Oklahoma for almost 30 years and this is the first year that I remember being so aware of what those storms can do!
Oh my! I am so sorry that it happened there. :( We had one totally sipe out our area last month and are right at this second under a pretty serious watch once again! Ugh! I've been scared out of my mind. I know the devastation tornadoes cause & oh, gosh they are just so terrible. :( I will keep you and your family and area in my prayers. Is your area still under any warnings? I believe at this moment it's Ohio Valley that's getting it, but supposed to have been here at my house just 10 minutes ago. Our area has NEVER seen anything like this until last month. It's just ubelievable. Those pics look awful. I am so glad you all made it out alive! I wish you the very best and will keep your area in my prayers. :)
Warmest wishes,
kendra
