We have been back home for a few days now and Mad is still so wired from our vacation.  She is constantly asking to go back, (yeah, that will happen but only if we could get there in one day!) constantly wanting to go and get more shells, go back to the aquarium or just go and do something besides being here.

She’s been a ball of energy lately and driving me crazy!!  She goes to stay with her Grandma and Grandpa this weekend (which I begged for on Sunday), so she will have a lot of fun with them!

Here’s a couple pictures of her being silly the past few days… yeah, sorry, only a couple pics.

 

While she was waiting on the pool to fill up she decided to play with the box.  Used a small wrench and screwed a screw in it, used a nail file to cut it, and then when she couldn’t find the wrench she used her shoe to hammer the screw in!!

 

And this pic… this is what happens pretty much anytime I go and do dishes or put up laundry.  Although, this is the first time she put LG in her Wonder Pets cage.  Usually she just sits down and holds her or brushes her hair.

The night we had the tornado scare our power went out.  We have a generator so we used that and plugged in the fridge and a little fan in the living room.  We ended up bringing Mad’s mattress out to the living room so we could sleep on that..

The next day as I was trying to things cleaned up and put away, once our power came back on, I came back in the living room to see that Mad had gotten LG out of the cage.  She decided to let him/her (still not sure on this) crawl around on her bed.  (more laundry to do after that!)

Maddie loves that thing and we usually have a plastic ball for him to run around in but he has chewed it up so bad it won’t stay closed.  He’s escaped even after I had taped it too!  so… since I hadn’t been putting him in the ball, Mad hasn’t had the chance to play with him and hold him.  I guess she just decided she needed to spend some time with him!

 

It’s a PJ kind of day!!

Then again every day we don’t have to go somewhere is a PJ day!  What?  We’re supposed to get dressed for the day?  Nah… this is so much more fun!

So.. Maddie loves to play outside and do karate…

What a great Monday!

Pin It Not very often do I get the chance to say that!!  lol   Mad and I had a good day with her painting and then we worked on a little project.  I will prob post that next week or so.  It's an ABC project that actually got her interested in it. 

We didn't do much today, did some laundry but other than that it was just time spent listening to the radio, dancing, reading, crafts, her doing my hair and playing around.  Oh, of course more swimming and her showing me again how well she can go under water.
Oh yeah, last night she went to bed in her undies but when I turned on the radio she ran to her room and came out dressed like this! 

Yes that's underwear on her head!  Silly girl!!!

Wardrobe change!!

Shane came home and had some little surprises for Mad.  He got her some cute new sneakers and a pair of boots.  They were both on the clearance isle for $5 a piece!!  She is in a size 11 already almost 12!  The sneakers are an 11 and the boots are a 12 so she can wear them this winter.  They are so cute!  I love that the sneakers look like they are tied but it is just a big velcro strip so she can put them on by herself!  Big girl!!!  Here's some pictures for ya!!
